How do I use Kids Mode?

Open the app, tap the gear icon (top right) to open Settings, then toggle "Kids Mode" on. The entire experience will switch to simpler language, fun topics, and kid-friendly content designed for ages 8-12.

How do I bookmark an answer?

After receiving an answer, long-press (tap and hold) on the answer card. A menu will appear with the option to bookmark it. Access your saved bookmarks from the bookmark icon on the home screen.

How many free questions do I get?

Free users get 5 questions per day. The count resets at midnight. Upgrade to Sygil Premium for unlimited questions.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Go to your iPhone's Settings > tap your name (Apple ID) > Subscriptions > Sygil. From there you can change or cancel your plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open Sygil, go to Settings, and tap "Restore purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

How do I delete my data?

Go to Settings > "Delete all data". This removes all conversations, debates, reflections, bookmarks, and progress from your device. This cannot be undone.

Is my data private?

Yes. Sygil requires no account and has no tracking or ads. Your data is stored locally on your device. Questions are sent to our server only to generate responses — we do not store them. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The app isn't loading responses.

Sygil requires an internet connection to generate AI responses. Check your connection and try again. If the problem persists, the server may be temporarily unavailable — please try again in a few minutes.
